Hipra supporting projects.

HIPRA has collaborated, in 2009, with the “Children’s Dream” Foundation on a support programme for families in the process of accepting serious diagnoses in children at the Doctor Josep Trueta University Hospital in Girona; with Diocesan Caritas on an international co-operation programme in Bolivia for an educational project aimed at homeless children and a work placement programme in Girona; and with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation on a programme for providing sustainable and alternative income for the neediest people in the countryside of the Anantapur District (India). The programme develops cattle-raising activities, thereby helping to increase the family income of six women in the village of Kalagalla. Collaboration has also been carried out with the Association for the Promotion of International Solidarity, which works to achieve a quality of life with dignity for Senegal’s most underprivileged people, especially in the areas of health, education and economic development.
We have also collaborated with the Fundación Mar on their main objective of promoting the study, knowledge of and conservation of the Mediterranean marine and coastal ecosystems. |
